Nature of Work
Each piece is hand-customized. Small variations are part of the artistic process and make every item one of one.
Customer-Supplied Items
The customer is responsible for providing authentic, clean items in wearable condition.
Shipping
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the studio.
Insurance
Any package with a replacement value of $200 or more must be shipped with tracking and insurance. The customer assumes the risk of any uninsured shipment.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is approximately 14–20 business days after the item is received and the design is approved. Delays may occur during holidays, high-volume periods, or because of material availability.
Design Approval
Work begins after the design has been approved. Significant design changes after work begins may incur additional charges.
No Cancellations or Refunds
Because every piece is custom-made, all sales are final. Deposits and customization fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Damage & Liability
While every reasonable precaution is taken, customization involves permanent alterations. By submitting an item, the customer accepts the inherent risks associated with custom artwork.
Return Shipping
Completed items will be returned using the shipping method selected by the customer. Tracking information will be provided when available.
